I grew up in a house where cooking was less of a chore and more of a rhythm—something always happening in the background, and often, at the center of everything. Most of what I know, I learned by doing: experimenting in my own kitchen, helping out in neighborhood cafés, and talking food with anyone willing to share their secrets. I’ve always been drawn to the little details—vintage kitchen tools, handwritten recipe cards, and the way a dish can carry a whole memory. When I’m not cooking, I’m probably wandering a flea market, hosting a casual dinner with friends, or planning a weekend road trip in search of something delicious and unexpected.
